How attractive is authenticity in a woman?

I think genuineness along with openness might be the most robust and attractive quality I find in a woman. I'm allergic to mysterious women and shy women. I tend to need to know something about her to become deeply attracted, and what I think I know that attracted me to her has to be fairly consistent. I like women who are very genuine and communicate very openly, like ones where even on the very first conversation, you can feel like you already know a lot about each other and not surprise each other later on.

I got that sort of thing with my wife. It was rather mutual. We both knew what each other were about at our very first meeting. Of course, we learned a lot of new things about each other over the course of being together over the years, but it's like we understand the gist of each other in our earliest interactions. The new things we discovered about each other made sense and weren't some total shock. They fit. I like this quality. It means the information you're falling in love with about each other is reliable.

I don't think it's attractive at all. But it is a good way to keep us around.

To use a fishing analogy. Personality, interests, and appearances are the attracting lure. Authenticity is the knot tied to the hook.
