If he plays video games for the sole purpose of talking to or meeting new girls and he's already in a relationship, then yes, that's a problem, but generally speaking, it isn't always like that.

Yes, some of us here (myself included) are into girls who play video games. And I mean girls who actually actively play video games and are good at it, and not like most of those cringey girl streamers who have zero skills, act like a bad player just to look "cute" and gain subs from their simping fanbase. Regardless, we'll be flattered if a girl chooses to play with us but for the most part, we'll still be focused on the game itself and not actively trying to get in her pants. The most we might do us talk and discuss strategies or maybe exchange numbers so that we can call each other for games later on, but that's usually always it.

The first girl had a valid reason to be upset if her boyfriend wouldn't play that same game with her, but he would with someone else. That seems wrong to me.

I don't like pranks like these because even though they were pranks, the other person didn't know that so they went through the same hurt feelings as if it was real at first. That is immature and a sign that they aren't ready for a LTR.

Other pranks I don't mind so much, but when it is something that could cause doubts about trust in a relationship it is not a good idea.

Something else I noticed is that only the first girl would have played games with their SO. Why do the rest of them not participate in the hobby with their SO? Maybe they aren't a good match.

Flirting with those people is a completely different issue than playing video games with someone of the opposite sex.
