If she's sitting on his lap and they're taking turns on Call of duty together in the same room, then you're not crazy.

If the girl is online and they're just playing a game, then yeah, you're crazy. That would be a bit over the top possessive... like girls that consider watching porn the same as cheating is crazy enough... but just playing an online multiplayer where there are probably other people in and out of the sessions as well, that might be beyond crazy. I would even ask if you yourself are constantly thinking about cheating, and this behavior gets projected onto him or if he's done something before that would lead you to have such mistrust even in a banal situation as online gaming.

Well first off
Many many games are online multiplayer games, meaning that you play with strangers every game and you can't control what gender they are or anything.
In those games, some people like to befriend players they have fun with so they can choose to play more games with them. These players could be girls or boys. I for example have had female friends online who I don't harbor feelings towards at all and enjoyed playing with them.

I would just say don't overthink it. The gaming community is vast and he is going to play with girls one way or the other but if he is trustworthy, he won't echeat or whatever.
