I think they harbour deep mental problems. If you notice, one characteristic of wearers of heavy "clown style" make up is they always want approval and praise for it. My theory is as a child they went crazy with a toy make up set and were told they look pretty, now as adults they crave that same attention. Another possibility is that since wearing make up is a female trait they believe wearing more makes them more female. You definitely see this in transexual men so it stands to reason it holds true for some women.

I never wear any makeup. I don't need makeup. Men including my very dark sexy black husband love the way I look naturally. I agree, they look clownish. Scary sometimes. Like I'll snap pictures of us hanging out and I won't notice during the sexy party stuff, but afterwords... they ugly and I come to that conclusion from the pictures.

It is what it is... a cover to trick men. Add push up brahs with padding to make titts look bigger, add high heals to restrict those that will approach to a taller height... fake butts even nowadays... wash the makeup away and you'll usually see zits and all kinds of bullshit.

if i can see the powder on the cheeks or makeup is too 'strong', its an immediate turnoff.
i don't think make up should be anything other than highlight a bit some of the existing features. if it takes over or tries to manipulate too much, its either lying or cosplaying in my opinion

wow, so judgmental. Are you struggling with putting on make up to come to this conclusion? People like to wear light to heavy make up for varying reasons. Such as to cover up skin flare ups, it being fun and relaxing activity to do, create art on their face etc. Let people live their life since we don't really know what lies beyond this until we get there. they're not hurting anybody.

Diss lol I don't wear makeup. My dad forbid me and by the time I became an adult I wasn't interested in it. But I think it's cool when they have mad makeup skills to do cool stuff. But I do agree that women who feel insecure without makeup should give it up and live without it.

depends how they do it. some people essentially catfish others by putting on a ton of makeup to the point where they're unrecognizable, and they look much better than before. however adding a lot of vibrant colors/just not being good at makeup is what makes you look like a clown.
