I don’t have a witches cackle, I don’t think I have ever cackled like a stereotypical witch. I know people who are Wiccan by faith, so the whole dressing-up like a witch thing seems a tad appropriated, and insulting to my Wiccan friends. So sorry, I truly wish I had a better answer for you.
