It is her choice. But ironically, these same women want to give men sh*t when men stare at them, or even flirt with them and say Hi. THAT is the real problem people have! Women wear attention-grabbing clothes like this, then get mad when they (SURPRISE!) get attention! As if only the 9s and 10s are supposed to notice them or flirt with them.
If women dressed like this and then accepted all the attention (and consequences) that comes with it, no one would have much of an issue, other than possibly be called a slut by others. It's when women dress try to shame men for being heterosexual or noticing them, do we get pissed off. And I've long been past the point to stop taking them seriously IF they imply or accuse me of being a "pervert" while they have their tits all out.
In fact, IF a woman gave me lip, I'd curse her out and REALLY give her something to be offended by. And keep in mind, I don't mean rude or sexual comments directed at her, I mean a guy just LOOKING at her dressed like this. Maybe even smiling. Many modern women want the freedom to do whatever they want with zero consequences for it, while also dictating what others CAN'T do. And I no longer take these types of women seriously. As if men are supposed to feel ashamed for being heterosexual and noticing a half-dressed woman outside.
