She's pretty, kind, funny, humble but she has no social life and is always working. When she's not working she's sleeping.

My ex wife was like that. It wasn't the long hours that she worked but more about her talking about her job nonstop. That was literally all she knew to talk about. That, along with other things, killed our marriage.

If she has no free time for relaxation or socialisation, then there's no time for a relationship, so yes, would likely be a turn off.

And doing it all the time will just mean less time with you or that you are often tired.

Stressing for work and etc will also cause your health and looks to fade.
