Girls, what is your preferred ways to releave cramps?

mine is a hot water bottle

1. Tea with cream and honey
2. Yoga or stretching
3. hot press or warm blankets for stomach
4. Eating healthy the week before (especially dark greens like spinach)
5. Eating a sweet potato. I’m sure what it is about it but it helps fairly quickly.

Hot bag and some deep sleep. The cramps go away when I have sound sleep. Some dark chocolate or any chocolate helps with moodswings

I have this bean-bag kind of thing. I think it's meant for keeping you warm in the winter. You put it in the microwave for like two minutes and then I put it across my hips and take a nap. I nap a lot more during that time - I guess I don't notice the cramps when I'm sleeping. Can't ever remember waking up because of them, anyway!
