I embrace the pain lol 😂
It’s in times like these where I say “pain is my friend.”
Also only
once did it get so bad that I was like groaning out loud and tearing up, and then yelling into my blanket and biting it. That one was weird and came in waves. I thought it had passed and then it came and unexpectedly surprised me.
Most of the time it’s never EVER that horrendous though. Orgasm at least one day in it can help it end earlier but once this didn’t change it and it only supposedly helps it end a day earlier, can’t skip like the whole thing 😂.
Drinking lots of water helps cause it’ll help it be less clumpy and easier to pass out. Less strain on the uterus and linings and all.I read somewhere sugar can worsen it, but chocolate and some sweet treats and snacks make me feel better. Endorphins and stuff like that. If you won’t take pain killers natural pain killers or endorphins help. Heat there also alleviates and helps everything expand and get the flow out of there a lot better.
Resting, staying up on vitamins and iron, and all, is good. Being distracted. A good laugh or feel good movie (romance/ comedy/ action… whichever makes ya feel good obviously 😂).
Staying busy or resting. Anything BUT dwelling and meditating on the pain is not so good. 👍

@Apple1996 I knooow. For me, that was really the only downside of having babies. At least you know it will end soon. When did you have the baby?
@Apple1996 Agreed. Labor and birth is a piece of cake by comparison. I heard they get worse with each birth, too, and I can believe it. The initial breastfeeding and afterbirth cramps were always agonizing for me; the breastfeeding stimulated the contractions and the letdown was so painful at first. I would bite onto a blanket to keep from crying out while baby was nursing.
Congratulations! It must've been a hot summer for you. :(- 1 y
@TheRealPepperPotts yeah this is my 5th birth so it's probably why the cramps are so bad. And summer was deadly hot while being pregnant 🔥 🥵

If I get a cramp, it is because I did not properly warm up before exercising, bike ride or jogging. But then, I can only blame myself.
If you take a minimum of precautions, then you can avoid muscle cramps altogether.

My ex had her own built-in furnace. We'd go to bed at night and, even though we were nestled close together and covered in blankets all night, her furnace would kick in while she was sleeping and I'd be quite hot by the time we woke up!
1 yDo everything I can to get them to stop usually walking around if it's a leg cramp, pro tip if your laying down and feel one about to start in your lower leg get up as fast as possible and that can stop the cramp before it starts
