I mean, the question is missing a lot of details, but I assume SOMEONE would want to take care of the kid, maternal instincts and all that... maybe even his own mother, never says if she's dead. And I assume there's also three-year-old girls around to be his peers growing up, since it doesn't say only adult women are around. He could probably have a happy life, maybe a family of his own, albeit the last one.

It's honestly not even worth attempting to revive the human race at that point, no matter the circumstances. It would be impossible to avoid incest in the next generation and I don't know if genetic diversity from the different mothers would be enough to put off inbreeding depression. By the first generation of offspring, your inbreeding coefficient is already at least 12.5% with no possibility of outbreeding, and serious genetic problems start at 10% or higher. If that's what you're dealing with, just let the human race die out in peace.
