Why does this girl only have in depth conversation with me when both of us are alone?

Maybe she likes to talk to you and wants to get to know you better and that is why she is preferring to have in depth convos. It is also possible that maybe she has a crush on you and wants to show herself off but I cannot say anything for sure since I don't know what kind of relationship you guys have.

I really do like her. I have been thinking about her all day today. I've just noticed some strange behaviour like only talking to me when the both of us are alone. Making me wait at the counter whilst she does some small food prep.

I also added her on facebook and she accepted my friend request. We knows things about each other like what we studied, where we've both grown up etc

I've noticed when she takes my coffee order in busy moments. When I'm front of the line she always makes me wait a little whilst she does some other food prep before taking mu order.
