Most of the time when I ask a girl what type of guy do you like or would like to have as boyfriend, they respond; a nice and kind guy or something like that. I mean, every girl want that, but what is it that you would like your boyfriend to have that other guys don't already have or what is it specifically that a guy need to have for you to actually have a crush on him. Don't be pushy about having a relationship with the girl. Someone confessed their feelings to me which I wanted to give them a chance to date me. After 4 hours they text hundreds of times at 6am and midnight. If you are pushing then you will so annoying. Let the time do the work. Text them and wait for a reply don't call them too much in first stage of dating
