What does it mean that a girl can't seem to keep a guy, especially the same guy, twice?

A celebrity is different. It won't likely be a reflection of the person (as most people jump to) but the LIFESTYLE of a celebrity. Not only do they not have much free time, but nothing is PRIVATE either.
