Guys, are you grossed out by periods and situations like this. Girls can comment about a similar situation?

I had an accident yesterday, I knew I stained my dress during class and I was freaking out but did nothing and waited till everyone left to stand up from my chair since I was scared of someone noticing and that I might have stained the chair too. I was lucky the chair was clean and that I was able to clean my dress.
If a girl stains her skirt/jeans/whatever, what would you think and would you do something to help her? If you think it's gross, would laugh, just leave or whatever it's ok, I'm asking for honest answers here.

No I'm not grossed out by periods. And I would do what I could to help a girl out in a situation like that to minimize her embarrassment. I'm not sure what that kind of help would be exactly, but I would be sympathetic and want to protect her dignity.
