I am in a situation with my ex where I don't know how do I stop her from meddeling in my though I am distant from her?

My ex is dating my aquaintances, co-workers and people close to me this way she is isolating me from everyone, then i ignore her by accepting for who she is cause she also got me demoted where i work by sneaking into my office, she said bad and derogatory things and created rift among me and my colleagues as well this way i am under their bad remark now, after she does all this what really happens is she spies, stalks and recently she extracted my Call records data this is how she contacted people close to me as well, few of the contacts were my counselors etc, anyways after 2 or 3months of my ex-worker dumps her and he chases other women, this when she weeps for him and then she starts thinking of getting back to me, then she creates new accounts on reddit and asks my friends to WhatsApp like why i am not talking to her etc, seeing this text i become furious then, cause i won't be in a mood to take her back for the way she treated me, then starts haressing me, threatens me, through my co-workers and random people, she does this by hiding and does it very smartly, this way she keeps doing things repeatedly, laws in my country are biased towards women, also she left me with no one any new friend i make she takes them away from me and they only meet me if she permits them to, she isn't letting me retaliate in a nutshell, she just wants to silence me at all costs. I am stuck with her i wanna escape from her shit, but don't know how, she's taking away my freedom as well.

Oh dear, my heart goes out to you brother. I am really very sorry to hear what you have to go through. I have experienced something similar where a girl almost managed to convince a few people in my school about me. Unfortunately for her, she slipped up and revealed her true colours, causing the white knights to hate her instead.

I can understand how stressful it is for you since society naturally believes in the woman more than the man. I went through several nights, not being able to sleep.

What you can do is, show others how much you are suffering because of her. For example, you said that she harassed and threatened you. Then here is what you need to do:

When you are with your colleagues, mention how you had been going through depression or some other mental illness. Then say that the girl has been "doing this and that" to you, which resulted in your illness. (make sure they are actual facts and not assumptions, otherwise, if you are not firm in your facts, it can backfire)

Make sure you appear very weak and are not angry when you are saying all these, otherwise people will not believe you.

As much as possible, do not confront her or any of her friends, because they will never
side with you or agree with anything you say. Find people whom she has made enemies with and become their allies. They will help you.

Thanks for understanding man, i don't know how do I stop her from dominating in my life, you won't believe what she did to me, she created issues between me and dealer workshop where i used to get my car serviced, actually i came to know she been visiting the same workshop as mine, she befriended those individuals and these people started haressing me and attacking over me as well.

Personally, I would avoid going to that workshop again and find another one instead. When this happened to me, I left my group to find another team instead and it helped me tremendously.

I think i may have to look for other options but anyways she's meddling in my life way too much and it's none of her business.
