I get commitments and focus for sure, but a whole month to finish school after all of that investment? That is kind of crummy. Almost comes off as "I had fun, but I don't want to play with you anymore." People can make time for those they care about. If anything you just won't be as available and it it possible to convey that and spare him time now and then.
But personally I would just tell her to reach out when she is situated and leave the ball in her court. If she wants to continue, she will, otherwise I wouldn't hold my breath for her to come back after not talking for a whole month.

No, I'm going to let her go.
Remember, I only "like" her; we're not in a relationship, therefore I'm not waiting.
When/if she contacts me in the future, I may/may not be available.

I might, but I wouldn't be waiting for her. I would be dating others if I had the opportunity. Maybe after a month I'll be available, maybe I won't.
If she felt the need to cut me off for a month then no I would not be coming back
She can't spare like 5 seconds to text you back before bed or something? LoL
Nope. I've been busy and can find time
