i really don't text anyone much , if someone did text me for a legitimate reason i'd reply within reasonable time < less than 24 hours obviously

girls usually don't text me but a lot talk to me in person

No, that is not true. Sometimes there are situations where replying fast is not possible but I think 24 hours is also fair time limit.

Yea cause my stupid ass here has been crying several times over a guy who has not been texting me for a week when we have been texting each other frequently, and so I decided to be bold to text him first asking how's everything and also said to him that i hope he's been doing okay, but he hasn't replied me for 24hrs already.
