Some people just have a hard time saying no or feel like it would cause confrontation, which I wouldn’t be surprised she’s trying to avoid if she’s shy or quiet (or both).

Wow, it’s been a while. Well if anything you’re getting to see where your relationship stands. I have assumptions as to why she ignored you, but of course the only factual answer you’d get is from her. Personally I would just wash my hands of it, because if interacting with you isn’t important for her then it shouldn’t be for you, at least not anymore.
