Why would a girl give her info to a guy and never respond while she was staring all the time?

i meet a girl in a café shop she was making a lot of eye contact about 8 9 times while m not in her visual field so i ask her to give me her instagram or facebook i gave her my phone and , she gave her info: name , her place , insta & fb.. then, i texted her and she is not responding !!

Because woman are generally selfish, completely devoid of a shred of empathy. In the middle ages, The Catholic church took a vote to decide whether women have souls because they seemed so devoid of empathy for other human beings. By one vote they decided they did have souls. They got the vote wrong back then without a shadow of a doubt.

i just ask her : can i have ur FB or insta so she said ah ok here is my insta & fb, she type her name on my phone then i ask her if she Live here or not she respond yes.. then i told i we will talk later n said good bye to her and her Friends
