Guys does she thinks I am ugly or my age was the issue?

So here is the thing - I met a 54 year old woman on a dating app. I am in my 30s and we decided to hookup. later she asked me to meet for drinks before we hookup and then during the drinks she tells me I cannot sleep with you as I cannot get my head around this 20+ years difference. It kinda hurt my heart badly but I tried not to show her and we had our meal and went our own way.

My only question is am I ugly that she changed her mind or it was really my age?

FYI - She did see all my pics and was ready to have sex, I dont use filters or anything.
