Last night after we left a bar my friend asks a girl if she thinks I'm hot but she doesn't say anything. Do you think she think I'm ugly?

Can mean one of two things only:

-She does think you’re attractive but either doesn’t want to say it because she’s shy about it. I am a shy person and if I was asked a question like that so boldly I’d not respond either.

Or..

-You’re not attractive to her and she was trying to spare your feelings. I’ve done this too. Someone will make a comment and I’m not the type to lie, but not also the type to just say it out loud. I’ll just have no comment.

Either way, who cares what she thinks. If you aren’t in contact with this girl not only does it not matter, you’ll also never know the real answer.
