I'm at the e. r and I'm kind of bored and a bit scared so feel free to talk...

anyway, my crush is a coworker and I don't think he likes me much but I find him looking at me a lot.

Like once I caught him doing it and I instinctively started to wave at him and it really cat him off guard.

i notice if we're standing really close to each other that he'll stare at my face? I've caught him do that a few times.

is it because he thinks I'm ugly? His type is normal white girl's who are tall and have big blue eyes.

im a Mexican girl who is very petite with almost black eyes.

hmm hard to say but usually when a girl is ugly guys pay NO attention to her so just take it easy and relax just because his exes where white with light colored eyes doesn't mean you dont have a chance. Maybe he wants a little tanned mexican girl for himself right now. Just try to smile at him and try to talk to him more see how he responds

How the heck did you pull that out of him staring at you? He's probably staring at your eyes. Black is a very uncommon eye color. I've never heard of it before.

He could be shy. But is it truly a gut feeling or is it butterflies? You sound pretty from what you've described, so I don't know why you would think he isn't interested.

I had a sudden swelling in my abdomen and then a stabbing pain so I'm getting a scan to make sure it's nothing serious

I would hope it's something like that. He's not exactly not shy... like it's easy to make him blush but every now and again he'll be a mean- tease ( like say mean things in a playful way he always reminds me are jokes ) and stuff like that. But that could just be him being friendly

I do try as much as I can but I can't get an understanding of how he feels

Sometimes he teases me
I do look young for my age and he's never called me pretty or anything so I can't tell if he likes me at all

If he has never called you pretty it doesn't mean he thinks you're ugly and it also doesn't mean he likes you or not. Perhaps he likes you because of the way you are and not because you're pretty or not or perhaps he just likes you as his friend.

I never thought about it that way... I just kind of assumed that if a man likes a woman he works fast to get to know her
And although he talks to me as much as work permits he's never asked me out or asked for my number

Yep. I've know him for almost 2 years and that's what his last girlfriend looked like. Or actually that's what the last few looked like.
