I used to do that too with some men. It's hard to be vulnerable. It's hard to be open, and you might even have fears of it not working out, not being "worthy" or being rejected. But life is too short to focus on that. You don't know what isb going to happen tomorrow. So hear me out. Put in that effort. Take that risk. If it works out, you'll wonder why you even questioned it so much. Ut doesn't work out? Perfect, you're one step closer to finding the one. Plus, you were able to create new memories and learn from the relationship/situationship. Whatever you do, don't focus too much on fear. That is what is holding you back.
