Why do other women my age talk to me like I'm a young girl?

I'm 20yo and I've been trying to make friends lately but I noticed most women treat me like a girl, I mean it's sweet but it happens with women my age too lol And I don't think they're being mean or anything like that, I don't know why this happens, it's kinda weird XD

Maybe it is your personality that makes them look at you as younger than you are. Also, some people just look naturally younger than their age.

I’m sure it is a subconscious thing for most of them. Work on having a confident presence. When you chat with others speak up and have a commanding personality.

Or you can just accept that you probably come off as very sweet and kind and likely the reason they act that way. 🙂

It's an insecure behavior.
It's a reason why girls don't get along with each other much.

Just look at Amber Heard, She wanted to treat Johnny Depp like an immature little boy all the time. She has many personality disorders and she is a very insecure woman.
