Do men know when a girl is interested in them?

So, do mature men know when a girl likes them or is attracted to them? Even if she tries to hide it?

I think a number of guys do but there is a growing number of guys that doesn´t. It doesn´t depend on maturity but rather on a knowledge of behavior towards women because a guy could be mature but because he hasn´t had deeper relationships with women he can´t figure out if a woman likes him.
