She keeps asking if I'm ok when she is the one acting distant from me. So then I go quiet but then she keeps asking if I'm ok

I finally got to the bottom of what was going on. She and I are literally just friends and we were messaging everyday. Her boyfriend had an influence on her talking to me. She had to stop messaging me for their relationship to improve. But she was struggling with the fact she would upset me. She said to me she loves me a friend.

She and I were always just good friends but her boyfriend is getting funny about it. All I did was send her a photo of the new rope knot I learnt in my training

I think for now it's up to her to message me

I feel this is going in a loop. She's acting distant because she thinks you're the one acting distant. And when she can't take it anymore, she starts feeling insecure and ask you if you're doing okay. And you're acting distant because you think she's acting distant. I think you both should have an open conversation on this over call or in person and clear this out before it gets bad.
