Probably best to be upfront about something like that. When you first start dating someone, you both want to learn as much as you can about each other in order to make a determination as to whether to proceed in a relationship or not.

This would be something that is not what I would call normal and could be a dealbreaker for some girls. That isn't to say you have a right to do what you wish. It just might be off putting to some.

Best she knows now and can make a decision than find out weeks or months later and break it off after you have put in effort, right? That will be a waste of both your time. I know it isn't easy to bring up, but I would get it out on the table.

I would mention it when the situation feels right, but don't just pop it right out of the blue. I wear guys underwear around the house sometimes, and I know other girls do it too because damn that stuff is comfy. I would also bring it up when u guys know each other more closely because it could weird her out if you don't know her very well.
