Girls, If I can see up a girls skirt or dress while she is sitting down in public should I tell her or not say anything?

This girl sitting down in public in dress was sitting funny and you could she her underwear so I quitely told her people could see up her dress becuase I thought I was doing the right thing. She then turned me and called me a pervert and told me to stop looking up her dress. She also said she is now going to always wear shorts under her dresses, don't know why she would wear shorts under a dress anyhow wtf

What should I do if this happens again, should I say anything or leave it?
