Then that's more her problem. She sounds like she needs therapy and not a relationship at this stage in her life. If you truly care for her, you will have the patience for her to become more trusting. It will take time of course and a lot of repeated activities where you get to deem yourself as a trustworthy person. She sounds like she's been vitimized unfortunately.

Also, not trying to hurt your feelings but it sounds like she's not that attracted to you. Usually, when girls/women are attracted to someone, they usually don't do things that show insecurity or negative/off putting emotions and just go with how they feel.

Her father told her that " I 'm not seem to be financially safe" and she believed him. She left me 9 times then came back
