Why do women humble brag on their looks?

I notice here on GAG I see women with nice figures ask stupid questions like "does this fit me?" When it obviously fits. They could just selfie dump and log off.

The same reason men try and prove their masculinity and have to put on a big alpha male show. The same reason that they act like fools when they are around women they are attracted to, as well as why women do the same thing around men they are.

Many times they are fishing for complements when they do this stuff. They like the attention and need constant validation.

The problem is... When you ask a question and they don't want the answer to the question they asked... That always pisses them off. BUT... If you don't want the answer to a question THEN DO NOT ASK IT. LOL

I’ve done this once before. Some girls definitely do it for attention and to receive validation on here but not all. I did it because I was bored and had a bunch of mirror selfies that I had nothing to do with. I don’t need validation, I’m confident in myself.

But yes, I’ve definitely seen girls on here posting stuff for attention. Usually they’re scantly dresses (if it all) and continue to repetitively post those sort of questions. You can tell by their wording as well and how they interact with the commenters. It’s a little sad to be honest.
