Is it bad to give a girl a lot of attention?

So in short when i like someone i find myself giving a lot of attention to the point it makes the other person leave or lose interest , so i just wanna know how do girls feel when someone new approaches you with a lot of attention

Giving attention is good. Giving too much attention is not that good because people may feel constricted and smothered.

Like with anything else, the right middle is the way to go. Not too much, not too little. If you give permanent attention, people may feel as if they are losing their freedom because too much attention can also be seen as being clingy.

Too little attention can be perceived as not being interested in that person. Also, when a total stranger approaches a person, you should ensure that you don't give too much attention as you will automatically be stamped as needy and possibly even weird or desperate.

I definitely want the attention. I hate guys that are hot and cold and play games. Obviously don’t be creepy about it and ask for the girls home address after a minute of meeting her, but I appreciate a guy who is forthcoming and confident enough to show that he is into me. Now if I’m not into the guy, it’s awkward because obviously I won’t share his enthusiasm, but I will still respect him for his effort and not see him poorly at all.

I want attention but attention is not enough for me to trust someone, I need to have conversations for them and maybe observe them or question them to trust them.
