Just a theory but she might see flaws in you that bother her so much she talks crap. Also this could be contradictory but some people tend to talk shit when they feel insecure or afraid of losing someone from others they see as competition. The same case could be they feel inferior or not good enough so they point out your flaws.

Some people tend to talk crap about others but are actually talking about how they feel internally about themselves.
