Bras are designed to shape and accentuate boobs. They can also control them from bouncing uncomfortably while running or engaging in athletics. But wearing a bra at all times when you are dressed is absurd. It's like a form of bondage. And how is not wearing a bra more promiscuous than showing cleavage with a push up bra?

I'm a 36D and I go braless a lot, I'm not sure if being fit and toned has anything to do with it, but my breasts are really firm and don't bounce all over the place like some do. I go braless for a few reasons, one, they're not so comfortable to wear all day, two, it"s also cooler without the bra on hot humid days, and three, it just feels sexy/naughty a bit, my boyfriend loves it and it seems the majority of guys enjoy it too.
Slutty depends on the woman's attitude and why she dresses the way she does. You simply don't like the bra, that doesn't make you a slut. There are women who do it to catch men's attention, and they're explicit about it, that's different.

I think if your okay with others looking at your body due to tight clothing or missing clothing then it's okay. Personally I like a bit of eye candy when a woman wears tight yoga pants and no underwear or a tight shirt with no bra. But you do know gravity without the bra is going to start making them sag.

Overall, as long as nipple isn't showing (bare nipple or basically visible poking through shirt), it's fine with me. I think women not wearing panties/briefs is legitimately slutty/disgusting, though. Going braless doesn't leave snail trails on the nearest park benches.
I think it depends what you're wearing. If it's a loose top with the sides cut out you might be a little slutty.
