Are women demanding or do they just have very high expectations?

I'm asking this because I give my 100% and women still are complaining or unhappy despite whatever I do to work on or better myself.

Many people have unrealistic expectations when dating. They want the best easily, without looking into what they are bringing themselves to the table.

So I say just date the right people. The people that have the correct mindset, and value you, to begin with.
