Are women’s expectations too high?

The male standard for attractiveness is just ludicrous. We gotta be tall, handsome, rich with status, muscular, funny/charming etc…

My main problem is if I try and get muscular the only thing I do is injure myself. I literally had to give up because I kept getting debilitating back issues.
I’ve be through quite a lot of talking stages and I just get ghosted.

The way I view it is to get a stunning girl you have to be a million times better than her to try and impress her yet pretty girls are so common. Also I’m not even sure if women want to be actual wives anymore or if it’s a thing of the past.

See, a lot of what you are referring to are things that are physical attributes. When I was younger (high school/college), I saw so many of my friends fawn over the hot guy. They liked the height, muscles, etc.

As I have gotten older, I have seen these friends shift their expectations and wants to things more related their competency as a functioning adult in society. By that I mean, are they paying their bills, are they doing their part around the house (cleaning/putting things away/cooking), are they responsible enough to help parent kids, etc.

All that height or muscles don't mean much when they don't pick up after themselves around the house at all.

it’s really interesting when i see guys say stuff like this because women see it the opposite way. Most of us see our extremely good looking friends with guys that just aren’t on their level. I wouldn’t worry too much about being muscular because average women prefer normal size men, muscular men look vain. I think the dating culture is harsh people ghosting each other or running back to previous partners. it’s annoying, i’d try get friends to set you up instead

Maybe it’s social media that makes me think this, but how are you even going to get a girls attention on social media if you aren’t really popping on it. It’s like women look for 0.01% of men.

All you have to do is take a look around man. Most women are either single and bitter, or in a relationship and unhappy. Happiness is primarily a choice we all choose to make.

Well, both men and women have standards and it is something that is subjective and can be such that it suits their mindset or protects them.
