Wondering whats going on?

Little bit of context a girl I work with ( different companies but see each other daily almost ) so we went on a couple of dates but she decided she just wants to be freinds which is OK by me it was a couple of dates no big deal. Ever since then though she has been more attentive to my presence such as making sure she talks to me while she's at my store, added me on her snap, has even brought me lunch and refuses to let me pay her for it. Is she just being over friendly or is something else still there. She was not like this before the couple of dates.

I dated a girl that was doing a similar thing. She ended up going back to her ex but we still talk, I think im her back up mate now lol. There's a lot of reasons why she could be acting this way due to a whole lot of context you and I probably don't know. The common theme is that she doesn't want you getting too far away. If you're interested in her I would keep things on this path of over friendly behaviors and see where it goes, make sure to check in after a while and make sure she still feels the same way though.

If that's the case then she can go I've been in that situation before and really can't handle that. Why would you get close to somebody that you are romanticly inclined too only to watch them go after somebody else then feel the need to tell you all about it with them knowing how you feel about that person.
