Girl's Behavior

What is the reason?

This girl I’ve been talking to at the gym is very talkative over text but when I see her at the gym she doesn’t stop to get my attention and talk to me but is always near or around me. When I do go talk to her she is always laughing and smiling when we talk. Asking a lot of questions and in a comfortable position. Why doesn’t she stop and get my attention to talk?
