A woman can't take advantage of a man. Men are physically stronger than us, and an irate man will always use such to his advantage.

This is not true. Women manipulate men all the time. Think Amber Heard. This idea that women are not capable of deception and deceit is silly. She is right in saying you are not oppressed, but give no thought to anything else said here. There are Amber Heards everywhere, but most importantly, the Amber heards of the world can only oppress you if you are unaware of what women are capable of. And the best way to remain in the dark, is to let a woman tell you what women are capable of. Think of it this way, most women don't have the physical abilities men have, so they have to resort to manipulation to get what they want. So if you were a woman, and manipulation was the primary means you had to get what you wanted in a world dominated by strong men, would you be so quick to out yourself? I know I wouldn't. So that's why you'll rarely get the answers you're looking for from women. The answers you're looking for are going to come from experienced men. Oh and I guess I hijacked this girls response huh. You recently met a girl you like. She seems to really like you and ask for your cellphone number. But she rarely calls you and doesn't want to hangout. You put in all the effort to call daily and try to schedule a day to hangout but she doesn't seem to do the same.

She's not interested and just using you for attention. Women will rarely come out and just say they aren't interested anymore, for fear of how you might take rejection. So you have to judge her level of interest by her actions. If she was interested, she would want to meet up.
