I mean some girls stare at me ( I think mainly because I might have very attractive and charming eyes) and keep doing it even when I stare back and I don't know whether I should approach them or not, afraid they might be just staring and not inviting me to talk to them and I don't like getting rejected, So what's the deal here?

Well we human like to receive compliments or to feel that others are attracted to us so we feel proud and self-confidence increases so sometimes people tend to stare at others just because they will have their attention and if you are in the end attractive they will keep staring at you and you will like that
