I pay 144 in car insurance. My mom gave my sister $117 of the money she owed me. Is it my right to tell my mom to discount the 117 from the 144?

For some odd reason, she thought it was okay to give my sister my money…. money that goes to my sister never returns to me. My mom owed me that money and told me to ask my sister for my money. I don’t want drama. So I told my mom…discount the 117 from the 144 and whatever is leftover is what I pay for insurance this month…she got mad at me 😂💀

That’s exactly what I told her. That’s when she came at me with the…ask her for your money. I’m like…why would I do that if you gave it to her? That’s when I told her…144-117 is what I owe for insurance. Figure it out.

I told my mom she owed me…she said she gave it to my sister. I said I want my money and she replied with ask your sister for it. That’s when I said I’d reduce it from the insurance total.
