Girls, I have a female coworker who acknowledged how alike we are like soulmates and cares for me. Does she have feelings for me?

She acknowledged how alike we are in terms of our eating habits, nature, allergies, physique and outlook towards life. She even told her family how similar we are like siblings of some sort. She shares her food with me and gives me advice and feedback like how I am too soft or too nice. She often talks about her family and other things with me. I am not sure if I am coming across as just a nice guy or she has feelings for me. What should I do as I really think she's the one?
