Truth is every relationship is transactional at the very least on a subconscious level. You won't enjoy spending time with anyone if you don't get some form of satisfaction from doing so. In relationships, a guy isn't going to be happy with a girl if she isn't physically attractive, mentally stable, and/or feminine. This is true with all relationships. Just the way it is.
