Guys, at what point do you stop seeing a girl as just an object (sexually)? For instance, what makes her a friend that you can just talk to or hang out with or even date if you want to go that far? What makes her just someone that you just want to sleep with or treat like an object and when do you get past this stage. Either be friends or just move on from her?

Let me add this because SOME people seem to be butthurt. First I was saying some guys in general. Not every guy. An example would be if you’re just talking to someone about how their day was, what they are up to, plans for the weekend, favorite things, hobbies, everyday life stuff. And all they talk about is sexual stuff. Example I ask how was your day, or how was the game and his response is what’s your fave sex position or how many dicks have you sucked. It’s never a serious or conversation.

At what point do women stop believing being attracted to a woman, wanting to please a woman, and just having a sex drive is a bad thing? Will they ever stop shaming us for having a sex drive? To answer the question, i might be attract to her, but i don't look at her as an "object". I look at her as a human being and just because i'm attracted to her, doesn't mean i'm not going to act professional and show her my full respect. If she's a co worker, i'm not going to get involved and keep everything professional. As for being friending women, i don't friend women. I just let them be my associate.

I have never, in my entire life, viewed any woman as a convenient receptacle for my penis. At worst, I see an independant person, whom I might like to know, and eventually form a relationship with.

It's only after that "getting to know someone" stage, where I could potentially see myself developing feelings for a person, and eventually expressing those feelings physically.

I believe that's different than just wanting to have sex with someone, though. It's an expression of emotional attachment, rather than an urge to satisfy a physical desire.

I don't believe most men see us as objects. It's only some, dare I say … a minority … who do. Some who have darkness in their hearts, inspired a hurt. As women, it's best we love ourselves and let them feel this love so they can be inspired.

There are two types of people: normal people and shitheads. If you talk to people on the internet, they will probably be shitheads because they can hide behind a screen and anonymity.
