Playing hard to get?

So there's a kinda shy girl at work whom i sometimes talk to at the end of our shift for about 20m. She seemed interested in our convos. So i got her number but she is slow to text back. Its like i only got a 1-4 texts a day from her. Is this a sign to fack off and dont bother her? I don't know if she's taken either or not. What u think?

It could be she’s just busy, or she doesn’t want to appear needy, or she’s trying to play hard to get, or she really isn’t all that interested.

I doubt she's busy but we do have the same work schedule. Funny thing i i thought she's actually interested cuz whenever we walked by or she saw me, she can never looked me in the eye or lift her head up, sees me and look away quickly. When i talk to her she also seemed interested in our convos as well. Issa weird mixed signals.

1-4 texts a day is pretty good. Why not talk to her in person, or call her instead of texting her. She's a human being, not a machine, and inter-personal contact is very important, especially with human females.
