What’s with playing hard to get?

Most of the people you will attract playing this and both men and women play this game sometimes. Not all but a percentage. But the only people you will attract is stalkers.

Most men and women when you play hard to get are simply going to lose interest. If you’re not going to show any interest or even reject someone they’re probably going to rightfully figure you’re not into them and going to move onto someone who shows them attention and that they’re into them.

It makes ZERO sense. Besides. Why even play hard to get? If someone you like likes you. Why not just be with them? Instead you run them off and wonder why they found someone else.

Because you shown them every sign that you’re NOT into them and they moved on point blank.

The idea behind playing hard to get is that it's supposed to build tension and be exciting and fun. The problem is that most people have no friggin clue how you're actually supposed to play the game.

The point of playing it is to get someone to chase you. The idea is if they really want you they will try a few times
