I catch her looking at me from my peripheral?

So we work together and sometimes we watch videos, I always notice when she looks at me cause I see the whites of her eyes. Now look, I’ve been around the block a bit (but I’m hella dumb/goof with this) I’ve dated a ton and perhaps I feel she’s outside my league? So I don’t understand much why, and that I’m almost 200% certain she has a boyfriend.

I've been thinking about the next time I work with her, I catch her looking or mention something. Admittedly I do have a bit of a crush on her, and I thoroughly enjoy her company. Plus, I am always kinda shocked when she puts herself down because she is really cute.

granted I’m not ready to date yet regardless because I’m trying to be the best man for The next person I date in Mind, body and soul.

maybe I’m looking too much into this, or is there something psychological?

That’s a fair assessment, it’s the same reason I have moved. I suppose what I want is questions answered. But she acts completely different around me than other male co-workers. Perhaps I look more for the reason why?

Personally I find her very attractive, I don’t truly know her situation I just assume given certain variables or boxes. Per my knowledge.

There is a lot of stuff I am omitting because it’s too noticeable to where I work. There is a rumor of us sleeping together from another disgruntled employee, and realistically I wish to spare her the trouble and embarrassment, in the even that she does have a Boyfriend, I seek to spare her and him the drama in that regard to.

I see. The colleague thing can be tricky.

If there is nothing against fraternising in your company, and she does not have a boyfriend, you just assumed she did... that's a different matter.

While there are some sign of interest you can look out for, like she leaning in close when you are speaking, giving more attention to you in a group, messing with her hair, licking her lips, making physical contact while talking, etc (you can look it up easily online) nothing beats a conversation.

Maybe outside the office, something casual where she would feel safe. Broach the subject with her. Keep it light and simple. You'll get some kind of answer at least.

It could be that she just identifies with you more than everyone there, it could be there's a small attraction that is blocked by the work environment, it could be your future girlfriend.

Finally, I'd like to say it's admirable for you to work on yourself, but if you really don't want to date now you should let sleeping dogs lie.
