Why do some women intentionally rule out men under 6 foot tall when a lot of them aren’t even 5 foot 5?

It's about status and ego. Men under six feet tall are simply considered common/inferior to women. Ordinary and valueless aren't traits women want in men, so "six feet and taller" is the minimum most Western women will be happy with, in men.

And then the WORST thing is, women will say "I don't need a tall guy. He just needs to be 6 to 8 inches taller than me." And she's short herself at 5'6", so... Six feet and up then?

Yeah, I've been rejected far, far, FAR too often for my height, to believe any women when they claim "I don't need a guy to be taller than me." I used to be in a dark place and really truly hate myself because of how many women deemed me "inferior" and unworthy of love for something I had absolutely no control over such as my height. Sorry I'm not a genetically good enough male to be worthy to spend all my money on you and be a simp towards. 🙄

So women claiming "height doesn't matter?" That's just BS some women came up with to use a pathetic excuse to not look as shallow and entitled towards men as they really truly are.

Um my dad was 5'4 and my husband is 5'7. I'm also 5'4. And because it's simply preference, some women like a tall man like some men like bigger boobs, certain hair color, eye color or whatever else they find attractive on women. They are well in their right to date a tall man if they want the same way men are in their right to date whoever they want to date.

Okay so in that case men have the right to reject a woman if she has small tits, small ass, is fat or anything else. Don't give us crap for it because after all fair is fair. 15% of men are actually tall. If women feel as though rejecting a 5'11 man because he's not 1 inch taller, then we have the right to say to girls if they were 5 - 15 lbs lighter then we would like them too. This is the confidence that, regardless all these variables you can't change, will maximize your changes of attracting women here in REALITY where we all can't be a young Brad Pitt & must prioritizing working to optimize what we have, rather than complain how unfair life is (p. s. I'm 5'5).

Speaking from experience, a woman is far more attracted to a 5'5 guy with confidence, than a 6'2 guy who whines, complains & cries victim... if you're short, complaining isn't gonna make you more attractive, so focus on working to maximize what you got & on that only if you want to maximize your success cuz you can fantasize the rest of your life you won't get any taller... life's unfair, welcome to it.

I have to agree because I'm 5'7. I've never been rejected even once in my whole life because of my height. If you're decent looking, charismatic, confident, and fun to be around, the possibilities are endless for me.
I've had very long successful relationships with some very attractive women. This height obsession on G@G seems to be partly an excuse, and partly used as a trolling tool to put others down.
