What do I do in this scenario?

My girlfriend used to work at a walgreens in a small town. Well we move to a city in our state and this place is understaffed and she's a supervisor doing multiple jobs at once. She gets over whelmed and ends up being put on a leave for her mental health. She gets a grooming job not too long after and once again gets a bit overwhelmed and the pay was not helping. She recently got a call center job. They did not train her really at all and the help she has sometimes doesn't answer for hours. They put her in a more active que yesterday and she just walked out. Of course she lost her job after that. I love this girl but she keeps putting us in tight spots. I work full time but don't make enough to keep us both afloat. We were just now starting to catch up but now I don't know what we are going to do. Each time she started something new it set us behind. I love her and trying to be there for her. She's not doing good with any of this at all. I'm just lost on what to do.

You need to have a candid talk with her. She's probably not even aware of the effect that her mental health and her aloofness towards committing to a job is having on your relationship. It must feel strained for you having to pick up the slack and bear with all the stress of your finances. She deserves to know how you feel and reflect on her own actions. Her mental health may be low, but as an adult her actions are her own still, and you are in a relationship, which makes her problems become both of your problems. You deserve to be heard, and she deserves to be in the know about your feelings.
Perhaps she just needs a job where she's not in a busy environment, with low stimulus, and she can settle into that.

You're right. Usually I fear hurting her bad, but it only hurts us both more if I just bottle it up. Like I'm aggravated and yes a bit mad but in the end I do understand some of it. It's just she can't keep doing this and expect our finances to be good. In fact it attributes to her poor mental health because she worries about money. I think she does need an easy paced job and that's why I have encouraged her to go back to walgreens, not the same store.

You can both share your pain together. That's what a relationship is for isn't it? Two people who love each other coming together through thick and thin, reassured by each other that you're not dealing with the weight of the world alone. Each taking half the weight to feel half the pains.
Relationships only fall apart when you start to keep secrets from your other. I believe you guys can make this through, you just need to be open to each other and help each other out. You sound like a very supportive and kind boyfriend :)
