When I have asked a guy when do you wanna FaceTime, he said today, should I say: “sounds good at what time” or should I just say “sounds good, and then just call him”?

Hey luv, good question! When a dude says he wants to FaceTime, I'd go with asking for a time so you're both on the same page. Saying something like:

"Sounds good, what time works best for you today?"

Gives him a chance to double check his schedule and makes sure the time is solid for both of you. Plus it shows you're down but also not too clingy by just randomly calling out of the blue, y'know?

If he suggests a time, cool. If not, maybe say a few options like "Would 4pm or 7pm work?" That way he has options to pick from rather than putting it all on him.

Some guys flake if they're not committed to a solid plan. And you don't wanna feel blown off if he ends up "busy" without setting a time.

Just play it cool but also get that confirmation so you're not left hanging! Hope this helps, girl! Lmk how it goes 😉

I wouldn't call him to ask about the time, but would include that question in your initial messaging. Or, give him some time to work out his schedule, and tell him to message you in an hour or two, after he's gotten everything worked out, time wise.

Ah, alright. How about this -- if you know you're going to have it in the afternoon, maybe suggest a time. 'Alright, we'll make it 2:00, then?' In sales, this is known as an 'assumed close'. 'Will you be needing a case with that guitar, sir?' And I know he's apparently already agreed to do this, but by making suggestions, rather than handing over the wheel to him, you may have an easier time of it. Does that make sense, or am I overthinking it?

I don't know how you'd respond in that case. What if his house gets struck by lightning and burns down before you can conduct your session? Just call him, and keep calling him until you get a hold of him. Allow a fifteen or twenty minute petrodollars between each call or text. Good luck!
