She freaks out when approaching me, how to make her comfortable?

This girl would smile at me, walk towards me and try to say hello, but starts to freak out while approaching me and end up with a panic attack within seconds. It happened for several times already, she can only say hi to me before she freaks out and flees away. I think she might like me otherwise she wouldn’t try to approach me. I have been giving her a warm smile every time, I also tried to approach her and she would run away anxiously too. How can I make her comfortable? We can’t even have a conversation like this.

What is your idea of her freaking out? What is she doing?

Her face would turn into this twisted miserable expression, her whole body would be shaking, and she stutters to say hello. She usually turns around and run away right after saying hi to me.

Shaking? Hm, it could be a disorder or social anxiety..

She is a little shy, but she has no issue talking to other people.
